Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions. Drain water and return noodles to the pot.
Bring a large skillet to medium high. Pour in the olive oil and add the yellow onion. Saute for 3-4 minutes, then add the meatless crumbles, garlic and parsley. Then reduce the heat to low and stir in the marinara sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce is warm.
Place the spaghetti onto serving plates. Spoon marinara sauce over top and enjoy!

Serves 8
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, minced
1 package meatless crumbles, 2 oz.
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 bunch parsley, stems removed and chopped
1 package spaghetti noodles, 16 oz.
1 jar marinara sauce, 24 oz.
