Pesto Chicken and Avocado Bacon Salad Wraps

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
8 slices turkey bacon
4 tortillas
3 tablespoons pesto sauce
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 cup mixed salad greens
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions:
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
Bring a grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a plate and allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into strips.
Bring a skillet to medium heat. Cook the turkey bacon for 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer the turkey bacon to a paper towel lined plate.
Lay out the tortillas. Spread a thin layer of pesto sauce over each tortilla.
Place an equal amount of the chicken breast strips in the center of each tortilla. Lay a slice of turkey bacon on top of the chicken. Then top with avocado, mixed salad greens, and halved cherry tomatoes. Lay the remaining turkey bacon slices on top.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly. Cut each wrap in half. Enjoy!
